Chaco Canyon is one of my favorite local restaurants. It's one of Seattle's only pure vegetarian restaurants and genenerally belongs to the 'stuff in bowl' genre. It has a number of Gluten-Free entrees and juices that they make fresh, and they also sell gluten-free pastries. I go here about once a week or so and I typically get one of the bowls. As a vegan/raw food type place it may not be for everyone, but the ingredients are fresh and everything is always well made. Anyway, I love this place.

I go here all the time for Gluten Free pizza. It's relatively convenient to my house. I've never been glutened here, and I enjoy the toppings. Great place. My second favorite pizza establishment in the area.

These guys are great. I've ordered a lot of pizza from them for business meetings over the last while and they've never let me down. As you might imagine, getting glutened during a business meeting is a real disaster, so I appreciate their attentiveness.
I'm not the biggest fan of the author, but I picked up the book at the local library after hearing about her talking about it on television. I read it, and it's actually a very useful book for getting used to living with celiac disease. This is very useful for general audiences, and seems to be helping lots of people get diagnosed. It's a little light on the topic (imho), but it's great for general audiences. Highly recommended to give to folks who want to find out more about celiac disease that like midday television. This is approximately a third of the population.
This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Seattle and generally serves great American cuisine. They have a good selection of gluten free brunches, which is when I usually go to it.
The Corbett Fish House and its sister establishment the Hawthorne Fish House are two of my favorite places to go in Portland. I literally did not like fried fish until I had it here. Although that, I must admit, may have had a lot to do with the breading. But seriously, great place. I come down to Portland a lot for work and this is one of the places that I like to meet friends. Great for gluten-free and not alike.

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, straight up. It doesn't have any flour in it at all aside from the chocolate cake they serve for dessert and generally only use grains native to the amaricas (corn, etc...) in their cooking. This is a great restaurant and I can't recommend it highly enough.
This is a great little tea house in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood of Seattle. It carries a variety of gluten-free pastries, largely from Flying Apron. It's the only cafe in the immediate area that carries gluten free stuff, and it's also got a phenomenal selection of teas.
